Benji Radach Joins LA Boxing and Gets his Career Back on Track
Benji Razor Radach has been given a new lease on life, again. At 29 years old, he has seen more extreme highs and lower lows than most will experience in three lifetimes. He suffered through a series of freak accidents, battled back from the brink of death, climbed to the top of the fighting world, only to fall back down and do it all over again. Now hes back at the top, using his skills and assets as a fighter along with his contacts he built at the International Fight League to start over.

Lindland, Others Help Prepare Olympians
As Mixed Martial Arts continues to make inroads into the American mainstream, it comes as no surprise that MMA is playing a larger-than-ever role in this years Olympic Games in Beijing. The past examples set by such elite champions as Matt Lindland, Dan Henderson and Randy Couture are telling a story of success that is hard to ignore for any young athlete coming up through the ranks.

Elite XC, CBS Hit Big Numbers
In 2007 the sport of Mixed Martial Arts saw tremendous growth, and was seen by many as a banner year. Live MMA debuted on network television with the International Fight Leagues airing of the Grand Prix Semi-Finals on MyNetworkTV November 3, mainstream media vastly increased its coverage, and the sport was suddenly visible to millions of new viewers. Life was good in the MMA world and by all measurements, 2008 was to be even more spectacular. Now at just about the halfway point through the year, the sport has crossed perhaps the biggest milestone in its North American history.

Villefort Tops Massenzio
One of the big surprises to come out of the International Fight Leagues most recent event on May 16 was Brazilian Danillo Villefort. He would top New Jerseys rising star Mike Massenzio with a kneebar submission just 3:25 into the first round.

The Underdog
Ten months ago nobody paid much attention to Dan Miller. When he filled in for Fabio Leopoldo at the Semi-Finals of the 2007 Playoffs, people barely blinked. He was just a fill-in, a nobody replacement. Even when he nearly decapitated Dave Philips with what would come to be known as the guillotine from hell, it was shrugged off.
