MMAyou.com got to speak with kickboxing sensation and champion Stefan Leko. Check MMAyou.com: What's new with you? Leko: Well I injured myself during my last fight with Bonjasky, knee ligaments. I will be out till September 2008. MMAyou.com: How did you get the nickname "Blitz"? Leko: My manager Bas Boon and Cor Hemmers from Golden Glory gave me that name. MMAyou.com: You've stepped in the ring with some great opponents, who do you feel was the toughest? Leko: Every opponent is tough, I fight better against bigger names like Aerts and Sefo. Mentally I can better prepare for fights like that. MMAyou.com: Anyone you would like to fight? Leko: I want to fight Bonjasky again. I felt I had no problems before running into that knee and I got up within three seconds. I was okay but later it turned out that my knee was hurt. MMAyou.com: You and Badr Hari each have a win over each other, will there be a 3rd fight down the road? Leko: Yes. I would love to fight Badr again, anytime! MMAyou.com: Will you step into an MMA ring again? Leko: I was unlucky with MMA because I got a double hernia right before my fight with Ogawa and when I signed with pride. It is also not really my game, I am cured from MMA. MMAyou.com: Anything you would like to say to your fans? Leko: I will be back stronger and faster, I am working a lot on my own gym called Versus. When I am recovered I will be a new lightning, prepare for the blitz!!!
